Huh!  I played three rounds; all three times I got it in two.  From which my takeaways are:

First, it's remarkably hard to look at segments and intuit what the possible remaining letters are (when I guessed an "R" and it told me the two left segments and the right segment were correct, I more or less had to examine all the letters at the bottom until finding the M).

Second, most letters actually narrow down the remaining possibilities a lot, to the point that the game isn't as hard as I expected.

Third, I love it; it's a fresh take on a tired genre that comes at it from an entirely new direction.
